Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, all cosmetics sales are final and cannot be returned once opened.

Are your lip glosses sticky?
NO! Our glosses are intentionally formulated for a smooth, non-sticky, high shine.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of deliver with photos of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
Do all products restock?
Some items may be restocked but limited-edition launches may not return once sold out.
Can I change or cancel my order?Orders are processed quickly. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gently, but we always recommend checking ingredients if you have known sensitivities.
